Hi no y, I would curl my hair (you don't want it to interfere) with your game. I like the idea of "layering" shirts, because it does get very "warm" in the bowling alley. Maybe some stretch denim jeans or capri's? Something that's comfortable/movable (easily). Don't forget to wear some "cute" socks! The "rental" shoes at my bowling alley are a "horrid" red/blue and silver. You might want to call ahead and see what their "colors" are? Have fun and remember to stand-up straight and..."KICK_BUTT"!
