Well I'm meeting my boyfriend's dad like in about a week and I need to look great. I bought a plain halter top black dress. I really don't know what to wear with it, like shoes and accessories. I really don't want to wear red. What else should I wear. Also, I don't know how should I wear my hair. My hair is shoulder length and is really black! haha. cute! Please help, this means a lot to me and I have no idea what to wear and how to do my hair. Thanx! :D

i think that you should pick a color accesorie...i recommend gold or silver.. for example if you choose gold..you would wear gold earings (chandelier ir dangly earings)..a gold necklace (perferably long cuz that looks better with halter dresses)...and a small cute classy gold purse...your shoes i would recommend black..or gold if you can fine a classy gold shoe...your hair i would say to have loose curls or straight and flipped under on the ends...good luck...youll look fine

I'd say to pick an awesome pair of stilettos... wear your hair up in a ponytail, high if you have a strong profile. Low and with a side part if not. Then add some earrings, I like bigger earrings when my hair is up... maybe a cute bracelet and definitely something cute and light to keep you warm. :)

Yeah you want to look cute to him , so go for maybe pearls? you dont need more than a couple in your ears and a necklace , put your hair up and wear something on top confortable enough to wear it all night at his house like maybe a black 'bolero' like a small short sleeve sweater you know what im talkin about? if its too hot where you are then you dont need it but in the other hand you dont want to show much skin to your father in law either. Since it's a halter dress, no need for a necklace. I would maybe match up cream and black, or a burnt orange and black. And you could always go with silver and black, black shoes and silver jewelry, maybe some hoop earrings and nice silver watch that can cover as a bracelet. If your going to dinner I would wear a nice pair of heels and bring a wrap with you. Also make sure you aren't showing to much, halter dresses sometimes pull the breast together to create cleavage. Don't want to show dad to much.
