-not Abercrombie, hollister or any of the really exspensive stores

-accessories too; cute ones

-perfer Forever 21, Papaya, Thisit from Macys, Sears, anystroe not exspensive

-anything that matches my brown light skin and dark brown hair

You shouldn't worry very much about your outfit much since everyone else will be too busy worrying about their own. You should try to stick out a tiny bit but don't be too flashy because then the upper class men will remember you and you don't want to leave a bad impression.

So you won't go to Abercrombie and Hollister because you say they're too expensive, but you'll go to Forever 21 and Macy's because I guess they're not? I'm 4'3". You don't make any sense.

I'm going into high school too! Lucky us, well it does not really matter as long as your comfortable in what your wearing right? Cute little tee and jeans would be nice. I've thought of doing that myself, or you could try wearing a nice little summer dress with leggings (something I've been pining to do myself -_-)

My favorite place to shop is American Eagle. It is a bit pricy, but not as expensive as Hollister or Abercrombie. You can get all of your clothes, shoes and acessories there. Plus, their summer line of clothes are on sale, so it's really cheap. You can also buy acessories (jewelry, hats, belts, etc.)

The clothes doesn't give off a slutty vibe either. It's light, sweet, and girly.

if you can find the store somewhere other than that mall id try to look for Urban Behavior. they have extremely nice things.. jeans for $20 and very uptodate style for cheap. plus they have a member card to get 20% off everytime that you buy something there and the card doesnt cost much. if you want inexpensive nice jeans id go with american eagle. their clothes can be SUPER expensive but they're jeans are really nice and they're only $29.99 which is good these days. and believe it or not walmart actually has nice clothes that are totally inexpensive and no one will even know that they're from there. if you want to have layering tanks then walmart is the place to go cuz you wont even see the tanks underneath anyways and even ifyou do they're nice.
