I need help desperatelyyy lol [makeover/new look]?

I want to do a makeover. I'm starting a new school and no one knows me there. So heres my chance to look adorable. I'm going to a private school so i have a uniform. But i can still get new clothes. I need some opinions on what i should buy. I also need a new haircut. Accessories would be nice too. So here's some info on me:

I'm a 14 yr old female.

5'7

medium brown hair about 3-4 inches below my shoulder with some long outgrown bangs.

Blue eyes, fair skin.

Freckles.

Bright White smile.

I'm looking for maybe a little less preppy. But still shop, at prep stores? if that makes sense. im open to shopping at any store though.

I think that H%26amp;M and forever 21 are good stores to shop in also try looking in magizines like ym and other teen magz to see what is hot.But your best bet is to just go try on different looks and see what fits you.Or you can also go to the mall and see what other kids your age is wearing take their style and make it your own.

maybe you want to try a new hair cut...like more layers, or have them done differently or something. have you thought about highlights? that could be really cute too.

since you have a uniform to wear to school, i would say go with more accessories maybe? like some cute earrings, bracelets, necklaces, or headbands if you're allowed to wear those.
